A PERSONAL NOTE FROM RUBY
Despite what many may see as noteworthy success, "I am just a girl from Birmingham, Alabama who took small steps to achieve big dreams."
I believe that we are all capable of achieving success beyond our wildest dreams by following my 5 step methodology:
1. Be Mindful about your goals and engage mentors who've achieved similar success
2. Take small steps toward your goals
3. Find the Power to Persevere past the pitfalls
4. Reap the Rewards of Rejection
5. Pass the T.O.R.C.H.
I am delighted to share my story, my message and my methods with others through the Run With Ruby organization in support of everyone that has the courage to dream big.

Ruby Y. Davis.
Ruby Y Davis is an entrepreneur, best selling author, mom, motivational speaker and success advocate.
Ms. Davis is grounded in the belief that information is power and that education, formal or informal, is the key to improving lives and community. Ms. Davis is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and multiple other local and national philanthropic groups.
As a Birmingham native, Ms. Davis is a proud product of Birmingham City Schools. She holds an Associate Degree from Lawson State Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Faulkner University. After a compelling plea from her daughter, Diamond, Ms. Davis pursued and received a Juris Doctorate from the Birmingham School of Law.
Her law career would serve as the catalyst for a career trajectory that would include success in corporate America, the launch of The Davis Law Group -- Ruby's private practice formally headquartered in Birmingham, licenses to practice law in multiple US states, Awards and Features in prominent business and entertainment publications, and ultimately election to the bench and service as a District Court Judge by the age of 40.

Run With Ruby is an organization built on the principles of community, networking, and mentorship.
Our platform uses Workshops, Empowerment Events, Masterclasses and Keynotes to help diverse audiences master the art of "Mindful Motivation" as they pave the path to success.
